Caliber Custom Homes will work with you to achieve the home of your dreams and make some changes accordingly. These are extremely well-built homes and as builders any issue after purchase they do follow up with the buyer versus ghosting the custom. Utmost important to me is risk with inclement weather. During spring torrential rains people had major flooding. My basement not a drop of water anywhere. They use a soc system that diverts the water to outside. My neighbors a different builder had water in their basement. Plumbing set up in the master removal basket to clean avoids any big hair or issues with clogging pipes. One consolation a buyer might consider and builder off is install if a heat pump that heats and cools versus an AC unit this reduces use of fuel. If you want changes Jamie and Crista, take pride in high customer satisfaction.

In 2021 my wife, myself and our two children decided to downsize and sell our home of 20+ years. After living in an apartment for almost 2 years we decided to build a new home.

We spoke to many of the custom home builders in our area and needless to say, it did not go well, most wanted nothing to do with us past the initial phone call once finding out our budget, which was not insignificant, almost all were very arrogant and incredibly over priced even for the housing market at that time in 2022.

We were starting to get nervous that we wouldn't find anyone willing to work with us when my wife found Caliber Custom Homes and called them. Crista and Jamie were very receptive to us and immediately invited us to meet them at their newest build that was in the final phases of construction so we could talk in person and see their work first hand.

The home we met them at was gorgeous, and very similar to the kind of home we were looking to build. The first meeting was very productive and we left very excited about them and their build quality.

They were very willing to work within our budget and never once pressured us for a decision. I believe we had 2 more in-person meetings over the next couple of weeks (along with various phone calls and texts) before deciding to sign with them to build our new home and it was the best decision we could've made.

They broke ground the first week of November 2022 and we moved in on May 6th of 2023. Crista and Jamie made the entire process very easy and stress free for us and made themselves available to us basically 24/7 for the entire build.

Crista is an amazing interior designer with great style and an eye for detail. She took our wants, needs, and wishes into account for every design decision she made and delivered a home run. When it came time to make decisions on fixtures, tile, flooring, etc... She gave us choices but never overwhelmed us with them.

Jamie built us an incredible home. Strong, sturdy, and built to last. His craftsmanship and attention to detail is second to none. He did much of the work himself and he only uses contractors that he has worked with before and know the kind of work he expects when building one of his homes.

There were many times we would drive by on a Saturday or Sunday and find Jamie’s truck in the driveway with him working on the house by himself.

We can never thank Crista and Jamie enough for the perfect home they have built for our family. We expect this to be our forever home but if we decided to do it again, Crista and Jamie are our first phone call. ❤️

P.S. Our best friends loved our house so much, they bought a piece of land in our neighborhood and Caliber will break ground on there new home this week!
